Rick and his staff are friendly and courteous. One of only two repair facilities that I will allow to work on my vehicles. Service is excellent and they let you know if they find any additional problems and the options/recommendations available. I have never had any issues with their. I recommend them to anyone that asks if I know of a good repair shop.

Been coming to this place for years. Great place to have any type of car repairs from regular maintenance like oil changes to fixing engine and transmission related issues. Rick and Tim are great guys and I know they won't steer me wrong or overcharge me or fix something unnecessary because I'm female.

It is difficult to find trustworthy and reliable mechanics. After a few bad experiences we found Rick's Auto Experts and have been doing ever since. They have a fantastic team with reliable customer service.

My daughter and I were traveling to Lansing when her car gave out on U.S.127. We were towed to Rick's Auto Experts and we were stressed as we needed to be in Lansing. Rick squeezed us in to his schedule, had our car repaired and we were on our way. My husband (in another city) was glad to hear that we landed at a reliable, honest and friendly repair shop.
If we lived in this area, Rick's would be our auto repair guys!

Called to let them know I was on my way and they had no problem with my silly request to start it up for me so it'd be nice and toasty when I got there! Seems to drive great so far, I had a total wheel alignment done and so far I'm happy and will recommend friends and family.
